Yes, but not really.
This is what we called " FATE ".
But, I wonder that can we trust this actor for loving Chong, Li-Tin (the sick woman) forever.
Or, maybe in some other time if the actor meet another beautiful woman and fall in sparkling-love again.
Just like what he treat ex-girl friend.
